Cuesta have been assisting the seller on complex transaction aspects including, drafting and negotiating of the SPA, intellectual property and cooperation agreements after the sale, other post sale activities. Chemi-Pharm AS is the biggest company in the Baltics, who develops, produces and sells hypoallergenic disinfection agents, cleaning and maintenance products, and luxury skin care line. Products are exported to over 17 countries.
